Your game stays in your browser
We use local storage to remember your daily ladders, hints and completed results independently for each mode. The game does not send these records to us, and there is no player account.
Records remain until you clear them or your browser removes its storage. Clearing them also removes your results . This storage provides the save-and-resume game function; it is not used to profile you or track you across websites.
Cookies and preferences
This version sets no application cookies and includes no analytics, advertising scripts or optional tracking. All fonts and puzzle data are served with the site. There is no optional cookie consent choice to make at present.
If optional services are introduced, this policy will be updated before they run. Where required, you will be able to accept or reject optional storage and reopen your preferences. AdSense in the EEA, UK and Switzerland will require an appropriate Google-certified consent platform integrated with the applicable IAB framework; a homemade banner is not a substitute.
Website delivery
Your browser necessarily sends connection information, including an IP address, requested page and browser headers, to the hosting service to load the site. The game does not itself retain a server log. The hosting provider may process delivery and security logs under its own policies. Hosting provider privacy information.
If you contact us
The contact link opens your email application. If you choose to email, your address, message and any information you include are processed to respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive information. Correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and any necessary follow-up, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on your location and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, and request portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Our browser-only records are not accessible to us; you control them using the deletion button above or your browser settings. Contact correspondence is processed for the legitimate interest of responding to enquiries, subject to your rights.
Policy updates
Changes will appear here with an updated date. Material changes involving optional tracking will be explained before that tracking is enabled.
